Ultimate Spider-Man (2000) #101

Carnage attacks the Spider-Slayers.  Nick Fury order Tinkerer to fire and the house is shot up as Carnage dodges the blasts.  Peter protects Aunt May as he is yelling at Richard.  Peter gives Richard May as he jumps out to confront Fury.  Fury puts Peter under arrest till the Fantastic Four come to help.  Carnage tries to attack again but The Thing stops it.   Carnage then throws Ben into a Burger King.  As the Spider-Slayers are fighting Carnage, Peter tells Reed, Johnny, and Sue that his Aunt is having a heart attack.   He mentions Richard and Reed says, "Your father died years ago."  Sue goes into the house to help May.  Sue carries May out as Reed fights Carnage.   Johnny and Peter go after Fury.  Fury has the Slayers fire at full power.   The blast turns Carnage back into Gwen.  Fury arrest Peter, not because of anything Peter has done but because of his clones.  Kaine lets MJ out of the pod at Oscorp.  After a confrontation with Kaine MJ turns into Demogoblin.
