Fastway Couriers are unable to service PO boxes, Western Australia and many rural areas. Parcels sent to these locations are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel service. All of orders shipped outside of Australia are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel service. Once an item is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to trace the progress of your order. Transit times vary according on the destination country. All parcels are dispatched from Brisbane, Queensland.
We package each shipment between a sandwich of 2 specially designed up-cycled corrugated cardboard sheets. To further protect your purchase, we highly recommend the purchase of an acid free bag and board per comic.
Comics Etc will accept returns due to damage caused by production fault, (ie. improper binding, printing errors). We will replace the items when available; otherwise a refund will be given.
Comics Etc does not accept returns for items with minor imperfection such as small dents, creasing or shelf wear. Unfortunately sending paper products through the post can result in minor wear. Marvel Comics now print many covers on low quality paper which usually reach us with minor imperfections. Basically, if you’re after a mint copy of a Marvel comic, you’re dreamin’.
Comics Etc does not accept returns for change of mind.
By placing a pre-order with Comics Etc, you are committing to purchase all the items selected, regardless of the date received. On sale dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Occasionally our supplier will fail to ship a title on a particular date and if this is the case, the in-stock portion of your order will be dispatched / made available for collection as soon as possible. The delayed item will be dispatched / made available for collection as soon as it arrives from our supplier. We are not able to remove delayed items from your order.
Comics Etc offers in-store pick up at our Brisbane City Store. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection, so please don’t make an order and rock up after 5 minutes cause chances are good we are still processing it and you’ll walk away empty handed.
In-store pick-up is only available for pre-paid for items. If your method of payment is declined, we will not hold the items for pick up and payment in store.
If you have incorrectly selected store pick up, let us know and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the postage and hold the items until postage is paid for.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-orders items are dispatched once all items are available. If you’d like the in-stock items shipped out or made ready for collection before the pre-order items are available, you’ll need to make two separate orders. We do not ship partial orders or split in-store pick-ups until all items are in-store.
